totally understand ar ! with the cam.. I can see baby more often.. but then also make me miss him more and also feel bad that I have to leave him to the maid for such a long time during the day!!!
well, if you found out your maid took the baby to her room and you didn't like (whether or not 上埋張bed!)... just indirectly tell her, you perfer baby to play in the living room (or baby room where you can view from the cam) as you want to see bb more often in the office ... i think no need to tell her that you saw her took bb 上埋張bed~ And if after you talked to her.. and you still see she takes bb to her room... call immediately back home and ask "oh.. where is bb ar??" pretent you were just looking for bb as you can't see him in the cam.
As for talking on the phone. I think we can't control too much on that.. but tell her not to talk on the phone while with BB... coz' mobile phone is not good for bb's health... so, please don't use the phone when bb is with her or around... I also saw my maid used the phone in the living room while bb was playing on day.. so when I got home, I just told her that if bb is around, please don't take the mobile out as it's bad for bb. After that, I don't see her using mobile in the living room .. (of course when BB is sleeping.. I don't know if she will use it in her room la..and I don't care too much )
