I also suggest u to fire ur maid becoz my maid like ur maid, even her name (siti xxxxx)
It was my first time to use maid after the birth of my son 2 years ago. My maid have been working in hk for nearly 8 years so she is 'clever'.
She did housework quite quick and clean and is acceptable and she loves my son very much (like what ur maid did)
I put my maid in my parents-in-law's home to take care of both and my son. They said that my maid always give them black faces, sometimes even didn't listen to their instructions (she will have excuses and her point of view), we have talked with her and give her chances, but the result is just the same when we back to our workplace
I never thought that my son is calling me and her mama and she would not rectify (seems that I = my maid in my son's mind)
she's just feed and play and swing my son to bed and no training have done to him (eg toilet & dinning training)
we also sets no standard to her and too kind, too free to her
we are going to find a new one when she complete her contract with us

雖然我個工人原本唔係要佢揍小朋友, 因我大仔當時都2歲要返學,同唔係好跟佢除非無我同佢爸爸!!請佢因我又大肚啦,想有人做家務!!
而家阿細都快7個月啦,佢有時幫手睇住,特別大仔放假;佢就只會抱住阿細,佢喊就當佢要訓, 其實可能係肚餓或要轉下地方玩;有次bb大左,佢又唔知,到我再去睇阿細先知佢好大陣味,打開片,d 便便都乾左,你話你會唔會好嬲,甘都唔知......, 叫佢抱bb一陣教佢學坐,我去方個便,點知出到黎又係抱住,問點解甘,佢話bb喊嗎!!!.....太多!!
所以,我想搵第二個真係識揍,唔係要個會抱住過日晨就得!
