I also live in Ma Wan ga... Actually I think it is important to know about the school and see if the school's teaching mode is suitable for the kids. Different kid suit for different school. I think kids at this age should develop their mind and interest first. If their mind is building up, no worry for learning anything later la.
I have the same feeling as u. I also think the school in Kowloon Tong is better, partly cos of the name, also the culture of the kids' families. However, travel is another point that i have to consider. Of course, I cannot afford to move to Kowloon Tong. Seems that lots of people are doing this.
I thnk schools in kwan tsing cannot compared with those kowloon tong law....好難決擇
