13/9 入第一封fax, 20/9 入第二封fax. 30/8入文件.

我8月18日入到現在末批visa，下星期五，6個禮拜，我agent話(因佢好好follow我果個)佢話遲過我申請都己批了，呀！真黑仔。好在agent通知定個邊(印尼)叫佢随時stand by。
好在有個好follow我個人。

我又覺得入境處快喎...（反而係個AGENT慢唔太FOLLOW野...所以自己直接打去入境處）
我agent 29/8入紙申請...
跟住...我18/9 自己用中文寫左信申請加快fax去...
琴日(22/9)就打黎話批左了~都好快啊~

我個工人的termination letter 的簽名同contract 唔同, 剛剛收到入境處的資料要再做個封termination letter (佢地比左份form 我填). 希望我星期一fax回覆後, 可在下星期批visa. 最衰上手agent話驚工人"務"我簽名, 叫我簽中文名. 但我自己通常用英文簽名, 本來應該比左, 我係30/8入文件的.

My situation are as follows:

Signed contract on 12/09/06
Sent it to Immi on 25/09/06
Ref No. Received on 04/10/06
My maid left on 08/10/06

I already sent 2 speed up letters and one email to Immi Dept on 25/09, 06/10 & 09/10/06, however, up till now no one give me a call or reply to me. I try to call 2111 8435 but voice mails always full. So, can anyone tell me which no. I can call to check the process? Thanks.

send email去入境處,好快會回覆你架啦!當然內容既理由要寫得urgent D,佢地就會快D處理.

Thank you for your suggestions, I called Immi Dept this morning at 8:45 am (only voice mail) and left down my name, tel no. and ref no. then one staff (Mr Lo) called me back at around 10:45 am, he said I need to to wait for another 2 weeks (total 5 weeks), I hope so.

Actually, I don't understand why the maid only give me one month notice but we need to apply for 4 - 6 weeks (not including use time to find new replacement, sign contract, submit contract to Philippines Consulate and even we get the visa, the maid also need to prepare something in Philippines before go to HK)? This year I changed 2 maids, both of them also said her mother got very serious illness (almost die), they must go home and cannot just take leave. So pity! :-(
