Good for you 欣欣媽, I will have one year maternity leave so I will be looking after baby myself too, I am really looking forward to that. But after that, I will have to look into daycare. I want to breastfeed my baby too, hope the baby will take it, as for my sister's case, her son won't suck from her, ended up she has to use the pump first and fed the baby from the bottle, breast milk is really nutritious I heard.
I have one other question , I am curious to find out what are the obvious physical signs of having a boy or girl? I heard from some people that boys make mommy look ugly and girl make mommy look radiant but there are others who tell me the opposite!
my due date has been changed to Aug 22 from 26, I wonder I will have a different due date from the ultrasound every time.
I've been back from PWH too... my risk is low too as said by the nurse but coz of my BB's position (his back is face closer to my skin rather than his abodmen!!) so he can't see his gender...
but I see his small fingers and feets... very interesting...
Last week I have bought 2 大肚裙 & 1大肚西褲, cost 690. The shop do not offer great discount (only 20% discount) like other shops selling ordinary stuff which is at 80% discount. . . .
I already wear maternity pants and sometimes tops. My tummy is pretty big ( I had a tummy before pregnancy), so people can tell I am pregnant already.
Tell you something funny, my co-worker gave birth to a baby girl. She was told it was a boy during pregnancy from ultrasound. So, it isn't 100% accurate. I will just keep it in mind and won't believe it 100%.
My risk is in the medium of you too... I think the reason is I'm much older than yan yan ma... coz I guess yan yan ma must be very young indeed.
Very happy to know that we all three are of low risk coz when I got my report at around 1:00pm (so slow there...) I noticed a young pregnant women got an abnormal report and I saw her face was quite sad...
I'll pray all of you to have a cute baby... yes, when I see my monkey bb moving and 'yuk yuk ha' ... it's very cute and feel that there's a real life living in my tummy...
My expected date of delivery is also revised coz the doctor said my baby's growing rate is abit faster than my private doctor's estimate... my revised EDD is 21 august 04.
