No worry normally cancer not pain, secondly if she under treatment at Government Hospital only cost HK$100 per day, you can affort even the insurance not cover it. Because I know that some of the insurance policy not cover for the cancer, for details you need to check with your insurance agant.

Thanks Mrsrose, you are very helpful.

I have another query is my maid live in Seremang. She ask me to give her cash instead of airticket to back home. Can I just paid the cash (equivalent to airfare) for HKG to Jarakta and then paid travelling allowance for her to take bus/train from Jarakta to Seremang ? Or I have to paid the in-land flight from Jarakta to Seremang also ? I have checked the Labour department no guidance on amount of travelling allowance. How much do I paid to her each day ?

Usually will give on the last working day, give her now or not is upto you, no need to listen to her agent.

我在接工人當日 (2 號), 面對面問agent, 佢都話2 號開始計, 而 agent 又直接同工人講, 話因為佢2 號才開工, 所以計薪水是由2 號開始計, 個工人都話無問題.

但我係唔係應該唔好慳個佰多元, 避免個工人反面時, 告我呢?

)

工人申請去canada要咩資格? 急問!!

Hi mrsrose,

1. 請問賓賓要申請去canada工作要咩資格?
2. 申請手續要幾耐?
3. 需要起hk做滿幾多年先有資格申請過去架?

我件海外賓, 來做左4個月, 兩日前無端端同我講想3年後去canada讀書

..仲話而家要申請定..佢當我傻仔, 去讀書, 好多錢嗎?

我估佢想去打工就真 !:tongue: 點解做幾個月就可以申請去既 ?

我真係唔想比佢1獲Q起, 如果過兩個月後佢resign, 我真係死得啦...

Dear Mrs Rose,

I have terminated my Indo maid on Sunday. I have given her one month's salary + Annual Leave paybacks + Flight ticket. I didn't tell her in advance that I fired her. She
refused to sign all the documents and said she will sue us
for we didn't give her "遣散費". She has worked for us for 3 years. I fired her because she has not been following
our instructions to work even after several verbal
warnings. And we have already employed a new maid. Do we really have to give her 遣散費 ? What can we do to safe guard ourselves at the meantime ? I am so worried !!!
