I went to Legoland when they first open, thing twice to take flight direct to KL as it will take long to get to JB (where Legoland is, down South in Malay), we flew direct to SQ and crossing boarding direct and it is just like HK & SZ, big van and took us no more than 1.5hrs ride. (A little traffic and wait a little in border). Very nice design and located activities in Legoland. Must DO is to get a Legoland Drivcer License for your child. To the bottom line, exchange rate is a big issue now when comparing SQ to MY!!
We went to a bay area to have seafood dinner, super good food and cheap!! (Denga Bay, if I am not wrong), a lot of restaurants in there, we went that one is with a BIG lobster/crab as welcome entrance!!
Also stayed at Festive hotel, very straight with the check-in and out time, daughter was excited about the bunk bed they have, climbing up and down a lot. I was told we can take advantage to use the Hard Rock hotel pool since it is nicer, but we did not try, just let you know you can try both.
One suggestion when waiting for room, get swimming gears ready and head to Sentosa activities, there is a water park / facilities for family, tickets required for kids only and adult accompany for free, that is almost the only place with FOC wifi!! Have FUN!!
