Got the update from the restaurant, they are going to be renovated from end of Jul to end of Aug, and checked with them for rest of Jul, they are fully booked, so, the options we have are:
1. We could hire the drama production house ($20,000 for 1 show) and find another venue (either a club house or a hotel or a restaurant), but since the cost is expensive, we need to have at least 150 ppl to share the cost
2. We could rent a hotel ballroom and hire Clowns (I think about several thousands for clowns).
3. Book a day-trip tour (say boat trip) with a local travel agent
4. ....

As we might have some mums with very young babies joining us, better not to have boat-trip for birthday party..... soli for the confusion... (BUT WE COULD ALWAYS HAVE BOAT-TRIP ANY TIME LATER!!! SAY OCTOBER OR NOVEMBER WHEN THE WEATHER GETS BETTER)
So, any ideas on the venue? Originally, I was thinking about the camp sites and farms, but it might be too hot for outdoor (and raining season... risky) ... so.... for indoor.... what do you think?

How about booking a hotel ballroom for buffer lunch or tea and hiring a clown? I think this is the simpliest way and not much preparation work... what do you think? We now have about 60-70 people (A & C), should be able to get a spacious room for the party... pls kindly comment and provide ideas, thanks!
It's quite noisy for holding the party at 冒險樂園, and it is hard to gather people together as the kids will be running around the shop. And... I think the party room is not big enough to hold 60-70 people.... :-|
