海外僱傭中心 OK or Not?

Hi , I am a mother to be , duw day is end of Nov 200. want to hire a maid who can speak english or worked in Singapore before. Any experience/ comment about the 海外僱傭中心? From the website, sounds very professional... but not sure.

Please advise. Thanks!
