I face a great problem.
I will leave HK for vacation for 14 days, my maid refuse to go back Indonesia for holiday, what can I do? she suggest to look for a partime job, but I worried it is against the law, and if she was injury on duty, I will be in great trouble?
I really do not like her to stay at home , too much worried, even she go out for part-time job, how can I know?
is it save to ask agent for suggestion, but I am afraid the agent was stand on the maid's side,
or I terminate her before I go,since her performance was not good but not very bad, so what can I do , please help.
I need a safe and inexpensive method.

I also have this trouble.
My family will go on a trip for 6 days in July, I don't want my maid to stay at home. But I know that if we ask her to go to the agent for few days, she will be unhappy. She has asked me to let her go back to Indonesia for a week(she doesn't know that we will go on a trip till now) but I rejected her because she has worked for us for only 10 months. But now, I think, should I let her go during those 6 days? (She has not gone back before she came to work for me after the last 2-year contract) Because I know that she misses her family and boy friend very much! Is it dangerous for me to do so??
Can anyone give me suggestions?
