我開始時都有d想放棄, 但到現在就沒有啦, 因為bb都食得ok, 佢都係唔鐘意食奶咀, 又時比佢食左pump定出來的3oz奶, 唔駛一陣, 20分鐘唔夠, 就又哭又要吃! 居然好似無食到之前個3oz奶咁, 又啜多我30分鐘, 真奇怪! 不過我d子宮收縮痛就無曬啦! 所以可能好d啦!
IceCrm, 我都係阿b一邊吃, 我另一邊又漏奶, d奶pat都用左好多, 不過我有時會pump出來, 所以個胸無變石頭, 感覺可能會好d.

唔食人奶你重辛苦d, 因個胸成日無出奶會實得好勁, 比bb食小小之後慢慢減反而重好d.

各位媽媽,

我想我係比較好彩, 因我生完都可以著返之前d褲同衫. , 不過一定會比之前fat啦! 比之前重左6磅, 不過依家個肚皮都係鬆, 都要努力一下啦!

我都係3月底才開工, 沒有想到你地都係喎!

我依家仲著緊睡衣, 未知著唔著得番平時d衫. 又未磅重, 都唔知輕番幾多. 係就好啦! 你依家只係重左6磅...好羨慕呀!!!

I.... really feel very painful during breast-feeding, especially the nipple. 我個女肚餓果陣好喉禽~ 好大力一野咁啜埋黎....我次次都痛到大叫呀~餵完都仲會成個鐘赤赤痛呀!!!!!!! 我本來想餵頭一個月人奶.......但我諗我都唔頂得幾耐... 今日先至第14日... 幾時先挨到滿月?!?! ok...堅持...堅持...儘力啦~~~~!

Dear Anita,

I am 163cm tall, earned 32lbs finally until the date of my BB born. I am always the 'easy to be fat' type. But I didn't eat much during the whole pregnancy and even now when I am 'sitting-month' I can't eat a lot too! But I have asked my hubby, he said my patpat and upper thigh are still much fatter than before pregnancy.

I am not working as a model, I have to wear uniform for work, I am afraid I have to change my Uniform into few sizes bigger when I return to work. My job will be everyday 俾人評頭品足....如果我成件豬扒咁去返工... 日日俾人當做笑話咁講...我真係寧願辭職....

I have planned to go for some slimming programme around March to keep the body shape and for firming the breast shape too~ But don't know which one will be best to join.

Oh my god! Mycathy has got a big baby? Did she give birth naturally? Or by operation? If she gave birth naturally, it must be very hard!

Dear Icecrm,

Learnt from the gov't breastfeed talk, if the baby's eating position is not correct, you can put your 2nd finger into her mouth and try to push her out, and feed her again until she has got the right position.

Hope this can help you to improve the situation.

I think the one who make Yung Wai Tak's finess centre may help, as she looks much slim than before.

However, just wait till March la. I think you can.

My sister who gave birth last year is more or less same height as you, but she only gain 20lbs druing pregnancy. And she returned to her original body shape before the full moon dinner.

For me, I am also in the similar height as you and have gained almost 30lbs. But I have confident to return to my original body shape, let's see.

I will try to complete the whole period of breastfeeding until two weeks before return to work. As my sister can do it also! :-P
