my son 8month start need into salt,
because he no like eat no taste"s food....
if your mami really no listen you,
u can say only little little salt into baby"s food.
My daughter is 18 mths old and we usually don't put salt in her meals. We once put salt in the congee because she fell sick- diahorrea. So in order to compensate the loss of sodium, our doctor recommended us to put a pinch of salt in the congee. In fact, I don't think there is a need to completely stay out of eating salt. I guess the principle is not to overdo everything.
your baby is too young for salt. Too much salt is no good for the baby's kidney. My boy had a doctor visit at 10 months old and the doctor said no salt for him.
My parents insisted we should add salt to his food to attract him to eat more. So I let them tried a few times and my baby also disliked it.
Give your baby some times to adjust to solid food.
