請問有係 mami 用過呢兩間 agencies 呀? 我之前好似聽聞過陽光女傭唔好, 不過唔 sure.

Yes...Sunlight is not responsible at all..and they support the maids rather than the employers.

I contacted 康樂居(Mong Kok) before. I didn't like their service, they always forced you to make decision. When I asked to have telephone interview with the maid. They refused to do the arrangement at first. When I insisted, they told me that the maid was not in the training camp. The agency asked me to choose her first and interviewed later. I did not hire the maid.

However, my friend said that the service in Causeway Bay is O.K.

thanks for your information, i will firstly discuss with my husband if we will still consider this agency.

by the way, do you think their maids are ok? the agency i used before, their maids are bad, not many choices and always asked me to choose amongst those she commented good.

陽xx傭, 工人同agent一齊厄僱主的, 小心
所有資料都話工人是約滿, 但原來是被炒
寫係約2個月後完約
到係想簽到話點都要2個幾月先可以上班, 一定要返印尼
又要好急簽個工人
追問下, 原來工人啱啱比人炒左!

我之前3個工人都係經康x居請既 ...
第1個 - 唔識煮食 + 成日煲電話粥 + 係梳化訓唔理bb = 炒左
第2個 - 簽左約, 等到visa都出埋, 香港agent打電話比我話印尼個agent話佢有d "indecent behaviour", 問我重會唔會叫佢來, 但問佢地 "indecent behaviour" 點 "indecent" 法就死都唔肯講 = 唔要
第3個 - 等唔到第2個來, 又好急要人, 要左個本地完約, 打斧頭 + 煲電話粥 + 唔通知我帶個仔落街 + 周圍借$$, 攪到財仔+其他本地工人打電話來屋企叫我叫個工人還$, 樓上樓下d工人sip紙仔係屋企鐵閘叫佢還$ = 炒左

而家第4個工人係陽x女傭度請, 用緊第4年, 佢唔係好好 (唔識煮食+成日黑口黑面+成日整壞d傢電), 只係無借$, 又相比之前個幾個錫bb, 先用到而家

2間agent都唔係幾好 ...

陽x的售後服務簡直xyz，我七月一日炒左工人，佢地話包換，到今時今日都無下文，打去催佢地，佢地是但sent d 資料比你，你話係咪衰
