If you have good H-share stock and if you have owned a flat already, DO NOT sell the stock in order to invest on the 2nd flat.

I think in the next 10 years, good H-share stock will outperform the current property market of small /medium size.

The absolute and opportunity cost of speculating on HK property is higher than stock.
