我阿B係30週4就出咗世，而家仲係ICU呀~

入來分亨下他們成長進展Y..

你bb情況怎樣？出生時有幾重？是否可以自行呼吸？
我bb現在已2歲半，她28weeks出生, 1.25kg, icu住1個月，轉新生加護病房住1個月，大概6Xdays出院。

Baby was born with weight 1.28kg only. the baby is now in the ICU for 20 days already and he is able to breathe on his own. He is fine and hopeful when he has enuff weight he can be discharged. he weighs 3.3lb now..

I am kinda worry about the baby development in the future. Will the baby take longer to learn to sit, crawl, walk and speak? Will the size a lot small (more skinny and shorter) than the same age kid?

how was your girl's condition when she was born?

since my baby was born about the same weight as your bb, do you think he will also stay 60 days in ICU??

duno worry, my friend gave birth to her son at 31 weeks, only 3lb, now 3.5 yrs old, everything is fine. My nephews were born at 28 weeks 20 years ago !!! they are well fit and normal.. nothing special

what about their size? smaller?? Will the baby take longer to learn to sit, crawl, walk and speak? Will the size a lot small (more skinny and shorter) than the same age kid?

Hi piggy2,

My babies are born at week 34 and now they both in ICU. Since one baby has abnomal growth, the doctor suggests to take them out. They are 1.7kg and 1.3kg when they are born. One is fine (too tiny and need to gain weight bf she leave) but another needs to breath with the repiratory machine. Also, the little one has blood clot in her brain. I can do nothing but hope the blood clot disappear asap.

If everything is OK, the baby will leave once he/she gains weight to 2.25kg. Don't worry, I think you will take care him and give the best thing to him - weight, size are not a big problem.

Hi corgi,

Thanks for your advice. Why is there a blood clot in the smaller baby? will the blood clot affect the growth? what the dr said?

I hope you babies will be fine...:)
