Do you have relevant qualifications? Its never too late as long as you dont mind the lower salary that ties with your experiences and to start from scratch. But what triggers your interest in QS job at 36 and not earlier?

my husband is an QS and he always say that workload is hugh coz storage of manpower, hard to hire new head and great demand of QS not only local, macau as well.

Hi all jm sorry to interrupt your discussion. My brother is studying QS at Heriot watt university at Edinburg in uk.

He\'s now felt struggle because he needs to find someone who work as a QS for interview in order to compete his dissertation. He wants to know what difference for consultant qs between doing green project and traditional project.

And actions among Strategric definition stage design stage construction stage hand over stage

however it\'s really hard to find as we did not know anybody who work as QS.

Could any body give us a hand ?

Yes, our company is desperately recruiting QS too, and is facing great competitions from Macau whereby the companies are offering double the salaries in HK, simply crazy. Having said that, I do believe that this situation is just temporary and there are always ups and downs in the economy.
