Yes, Dr. Yu can deliver your baby in St. paul (his clinic is very close to St. Paul, just 5 mins walk) His Dr. fee will be cheaper in St. Paul too, but personally, I don't like St. Paul. AS I know, his operation fee will be 10,000 at St. Paul and 12,000 at HKAH or Canossa.
He will charge you 580.- per visit including 3D/4D ultrasound scan. From 36-weeks pregnancy onward, he will charge you 780.- per visit, including 3D/4D scan and graph plotting of heart-beat of baby & your uterus contraction frequency as to predict if your baby will be likely to be born early or not.
