好想問吓妳個工人over 30 years old...
因為昨日幫fd問agent, 有無local 工人, 佢話有一個嚟緊, 不過係2x歲, 做咗3年, 都係話僱主financial problem, 所以唔用佢...

我上次炒個工人時, agent上來我屋企帶個工人, 多個人會好d, 同埋個工人唔明, 佢打電話去有人同佢用印尼話講清楚...

如果妳寫financial problem／自己湊返，仲要俾埋hin散費。妳隻bun擺明想俾tum妳踩！

呢d死老bun乜都做得出，妳出解僱信俾佢唔寫佢performance咪算好囉。阿之阿jor，叫差人話佢so擾tim ar！

佢仲o係hk時一定會日日煩妳直至死返philippine為止，妳要有心理準備。

出解僱信俾佢唔寫佢performance咪算好囉。 ===> 我講明, 我唔寫係對佢最有利既, 如果我寫, 一定寫佢唔好. 但佢仲要死纏難打.

佢仲o係hk時一定會日日煩妳 ===> 我都怕, 仲要新年流流, 算啦, 捱14日先算, 日日要倒數。

記得通知埋學校,怕佢還去接你仔放學呀 ===> 通知左校車保母, 又叫左我仔, 如果工人接佢, 千其唔好落車住同叫保母打比我.

昨晚自己煮飯, 個飯煲蓋可以一層白色肥油架, 成個廚房d樽又肥滕滕, 真係早炒早著。

如果寫financial problem, 好似係6個月內申請唔到下一個工人, 不過有d工人叫ex-employer寫左, 果封又未必係入入境處果封, 請工人既媽媽, 小心, 最好請完約.

之前講過死老野在我家只識飲飲食食, 我後尾同佢講, 以後佢要飲奶茶/糖茶自己買, 唔好再飲我個d. 昨晚回家一睇, 死老鬼依然飲我既茶包, 真係你有你鬧, 佢有佢無賴.

I don't think you know the whole story of this good helper. So, don't put up a conclusion that the employer is not good to her.

The employer let her to eat and drink initially all the stuff at home. However, the helper only eat and drink those most expensive, and even if there is no stock anymore, she didn't notify the employer to buy. So, on a day the employer and her husband open the cupboard and all things gone without a note.

There are a lot of these things happened in the house. The employer already reminded her but she didn't improve.

She was employed to take care of an infant next month. She has been working in HK for over 10 years, but still, she doesn't have any hygiene knowledge --- 生熟食物不分開處理 etc。 The employer employed her just because of her experience in HK and what she did is not even match the standard of a new comer.

"heart to heart"講得好好.....不過唔係個個都適合, 特別係對d死老bun, 老cx....因為佢地會覺得你易話謂, 好好"合", 佢地好串o架, 可能你未曾有過咁的經驗啦. 我之前對個死老bun超好, 要食乜有乜, 早上8點才起身, 中午仲可以午睡....咪一樣
