My son also had this when he was around 2 months old. I brought him to see paediatrician first and then relayed to an professional doctor to re-confirm.
At that time, one of my relative asked me to bring my son to see A&E in public hopsital. We're so lucky and finally he had the surgery in public hopsital. He's now 38 months and quite o.k. lar.
