I want to bring BB (12mth old) to go hiking.
Anyone could teach me? How to prepare the food? how to plan the daily trip?
now the daily schedule as below
7:00am milk
11:00 congee
15:00 milk
19:00 congee
If I cook and bring the congee, will it become spoiled or the congee will turns to be much in water? or buy instant food? but I'm afraid he don't eat.
how about some mashed potatoes + boiled egg + shredded veggies/meat/fish + boiled 字母粉/梘殼粉 (or some instant 米糊), etc......, some more water & juice, some easy to bring/eat fruits like banana, etc.......
