KFC BUTTERMILK BISCUITS

5 cups Bisquick mix
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup club soda
1 beatan egg
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine all of the ingredients. nead the dough by hand until smooth.

Flour your hands and pat the dough flat to 3/4 nch thickness. Cut out biscuits and put on greased baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Should make 18 biscuits.

Thanks for your receipt. However, can you explain what is Bisquick mix and club soda? And is buttermilk same as normal milk?

家鄉雞美國網站鬆餅的食譜:

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable shortening
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425(華氏). Sift together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder into mixing bowl. Make a well in the flour mix and add the milk. Add shortening and begin kneading with hands (to cut in) the vegetable shortening and flour in the milk until thoroughly mixed. Add milk, if needed to form, and mix. Turn onto floured board, and knead gently 6 to 8 times. Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into biscuits. Place on baking sheet and brown in oven 10-13 minutes. Makes about 9 biscuits.

Bisquick mix 係已mix嘅粉, 有哂發粉吖, xxx... 一般來說只要加水/奶就ok. P 記都有得賣
club soda即係梳打水

Try this recipe. Very easy and can bake 12 pcs each time.

My product:

自發粉	225克
發粉	1茶匙
鹽	適量
砂糖	10克
楓糖漿	40克
牛油(室溫)	80克
鮮奶	80毫升
雲呢拿香油(可加/可不加)

做法:
1.	自發粉，發粉和鹽混合篩勻(備用)。
2.	砂糖和楓糖漿混合加入小粒狀牛油，再加入(製作1) 。
3.	用义搓成大粒餅碎狀，最後加入鮮奶拌成麵團。
4.	放入雪櫃下層鬆弛10分鍾後，用匙更最麵團做型。在粉團上掃上奶和maple syrup上色。(想深色D，加多D maple syrup)
5.	用220度焗10-15分鐘上色即可。
