我的一位舊同事, 4月在伊利沙伯醫院分娩後失血過多，與世長辭。遺下丈夫及一名年幼及初生女兒。 :-(

Oh dear, I saw the news. Really can't believe giving birth could be fatal even nowadays. Please send our condolence to the family. The husband & the two little children must have a very difficult time right now :-(

Very sorry to hear that. I also experienced 失血過多 when I gave birth, luckly the doctor is experienced enought to save my life. Pls. pass on my regards to your friend's husband and childred. :-(
