i just eat as 2 meal a day..
and no snack or sweet...
is very hard to reduce ar..
and some time go to swimming law..
but at least i will swim 2 hours..
but sometime i eat too much..
then will get back 1~2 lbs..
so it is really need to eat less law...
infact, no snack is the most imporant..
work hard together ar..
never give up...
my target is 102 lbs :-P
so hard to do so...but try my best la...
