I tried 2 times. 家務通 just act as a middle-man. You can phone the branch in your district and then they will fax you the form and they will also give you the 'recommended salary' for REFERENCE only. You can still make your own call. then they will try to search the right person for you and give you the contact number. then you and the part time worker will make the own arrangement. the lady in 家務通 told me they will have follow up service but i never received their calls again.
For the first time, i didn't get any reply cos i didn't write out my requirement specific enough. and so i hired a local part time from my friend.
for the second time, i got a reply from them and i did hire the helper but still .......... after working for 2 months.. i think a part time worker cannot replace a full time maid... so i just hired a new maid from an agency... and waiting for the maid to come.
