Until how old that the kid can sit in the front (with and w/o booster)? My girl is 5 now..and she wants to sit in the front occassionally...but i'm not sure if it is legal or not.

Your kid sleeps while riding on car? My girl fells in sleeep almost every time and since she sits alone in the back seat (on booster), her one side shoulder and head sliding to one side and almost touch the seat which i think is not comfortable and also no good. Any solutions? I think if only her and her dad..and by sitting in the front may keep her awake (haven't tried yet).
However, I agree that the safety concern should always come first.....
