轉工人

我今日問 agent, 如果要轉工人, 我要付幾多錢?

妑說, 徐了工人 salary + air ticket, 我仲要付$800 + $650 (for immigration + visa/ medical for the new maid).

請問是不是間間 agent 話轉工人不收費都不是真的?

我不是轉過 agent 仲平?

I checked with the government labour dept., you have to pay for the air ticket (one way) and the helper's salary (if you do not give her one month notice, then you have to pay one month additional). As for the immigration, visa, medical check, you have to pay the agent if you hire a new one through them. Yet, if you change to another agent, than you have to pay the agency fee (a few thousands I believe). Therefore, I guess your best bet is to stick with the same agent as they will find you a helper without charging you extra agency fee, unless you are not satisfied with this agent.

我試過兩年內換工人,炒之前既工人時,我只需只比未付既人工,一個月人工加機票同100車費.至於agent我係一個仙都冇比過喎.新工人到港後,我要求額外驗身,佢地收我600.

如果係同一agent度換工人,agent都不會再收agent費的,但新工人嘅visa同驗身費,agent就一定唔會再包,我諗十個agent,十個agent都唔會再包.

如果你話轉agent仲平(即收費在一千蚊樓下),我諗嗰啲平agent,多數唔包驗身的,就算包都信唔過,因為喺香港驗身都唔平,大多要六七百蚊.
