Actually, I don't like/want to drink milk during pregnant. I don't know if anyone have any suggestion if I don't have to drink milk but still get the nutrition from the milk as well.

My expected date of confinement is 22 Nov, 04.
I also drank 安怡高鈣低脂 during pregnancy since low fat, high calcium compared with the others. Of course, it was quite cheap.^^
I had asked the nurse the difference between 鮮奶 & 牛奶 - they said there was no big difference in terms of 營養成份, but only the storage method - you have to keep 鮮奶 in fringe!
Besides, the "Choice" also recommended us to drink 安怡高鈣低脂, due to high portion of calcium compared with the others.
