Been told the property price in Sai Kung/ CLearwater Bay have gone up dramatically due to a big plot of land had sold in Hebe Haven. Any Sai Kung mama knows?
I am thinking of moving to a village house but is the bank will offer you 70% mortgage only? Thanks!
