The maids never pay attention nor care when using our stuff. I have deducted their salaries many many times but they simply don't improve.
Our maid has done the following damages:
Electrical appliances:
1. electric fan
2. baby cook machine/blender (over HK$1000, has to write-off completely)
3. exhaust fans in kitchen and toilet
Others: (forgive me for being a bit off topic)
1. broken crystals (presents)
2. broken baby spoon
3. knife missing!
4. 衣架衣夾 - 爛或斷 (numerous)
5. 窗簾路"鬼
6. handle of window missing!
7. a small metal bar of window framework fell off the street while cleaning window! (not that the framework was loose, it was the maid who put her whole body weight on a thin and small metal bar instead on the thicker ones)
8. 斷 mob handle
9. 斷 broom handle
10. window cleaner fell of outside the window
11. 洗手盆塞左
12. stained our clothes because using ultra hot water to wash them
13. Holes in our shirts ( don't know how they do it by just machine washing our shirts)
The worst is that "整爛or整壞都唔出聲,討厭". Whenever I ask them, they always say," I don't know. Last time I saw it it was not like that. I don't remember." Or even worse, "You use it last time. I didn't touch it..."
When we notice something is broken and confront them, the maid will say that it is the only time she forget to tell us. It has never happened before. But a week later, we will find something else is wrong without she telling us!
