Agree with Chilli, it is because the bb is still very small, so, you need to keep urine to make it easier for ultrasound. I also did several ultrasounds in 浸會 and 威院, they used very large and advanced machines, but still, the nurses asked me to keep urine.
I have seen Dr. Belinda Leung (Tung Ying Building Room 111) before, her bookings are always full, you need to make appointment earlier, you could try to call before you go and tell the nurse that your case is urgent, the nurse may help you to arrange an earlier appointment. If Dr. Belinda Leung cannot see you this week, you could try Dr. Mak Kit Chi (same in Tong Ying Building , Room 330), she is experienced but she is also very busy, try to see whether you could find a slot to see her this week.
For Dr. Belinda Leung, last time, it costed me HK$800 for the ultrasound without consultation. For Dr. Mak, it is around HK$ 600-1000 (depends on whether she charges you the ultrasound). So, remember to bring enough cash.
Take care and good luck!!! Let me know or pm me if you need more info.
One more doctor advise to you, Dr Cheung xxxx Leung, just HKD240. But he booking so full, you can try to call him, and tell them your situation. May be they can arrange the appointment early.
