We haven't had any gathering in the SF bay area for a while. Let's have one!

I'm thinking instead of "yum cha" this time, we can have a pot-luck party at my house in Union City.

When: Saturday June 21
Where: Union City

We can do lunch or dinner. I am open. Either way, you can spend the afternoon at my house.

My house is not very big, but I think it can accommodate 4 to 5 families.

Let me know if you can come and if you have other ideas!

So far, we have 7 to 10A and 7C. Any one else want to join??

We haven't decided lunch or dinner. If lunch, you can come around 11am and hang out until whatever time. If dinner, you can come any time in the afternoon and we eat at around 6pm??

For food, we have
1. Meatball spaghetti - rose-mag
2. Fruit salad - mrschao

Just add to the list above. If you don't want to "show off" your cooking skill, you can buy takeouts or bring drinks. :)

I prefer an early dinner, says 5:30 or 6:00pm as I need to go home around 8pm so that my 2 kids would pass their bedtime at 9pm. How about the other moms?

Yes, BK was so unstable these days. I think that we should exchange our phone # in case that we need to talk while BK's down. I'd PM my cell phone # to all of you and please send yours (with your name) to my PM. Mrschao, please PM your address to all of us first. I need to check the direction before my husband asks me.

Actually I prefer lunch instead of dinner because kids can play and we can hang out for a while after we eat, and time become more flexible. However, if everybody prefer dinner, it's ok for me also.

Lunch is also okay to me. I prefer dinner as I can have the kids having the afternoon nap in the car before arrival. For lunch, I would suggest that we can meet around 10-11am (see when mrschao is available), have the lunch, hang out a little bit, then we may go home around 2pm (depends on how tired my 2 little ones are). They can still nap in the car when we drive back to the city. So, how're the schedules of the other moms?

i'll be working on my son's summer schedule today. if he doesn't have any activities that day, i might prefer having lunch too.

Yes, you can come at 10 or 11am and hang out until any time you like in the afternoon.

I have invited my mom and my nephew (17 months old) too. So we are having 7-10 adults and 8 kids.
