Thanks for the letter. May I ask if this English letter can be given to Indonesian maid. My maid is Indonesian and can't speak and read English. I am afraid that she can use such excuse for refusing to sign on the letter. Please advise.

If your domestic helper come from Indonesia, you should ask one more person to be a Witness and Translator and he/she must sign on the Warning Letter too. The person should be your agent that he/she can translate the content to your domestic helper. Of course, it must write down this sentense...

...I, [Name of Translator/Witness] translated the content from English into Indonesian and [your domestic helper's name] understood the content.
