tell u 生活習慣要same,(day off 都要keep 住個中數食藥),&我習慣eat breatfast everyday(100分的吉朱腿,多士加米粉),but lunch no way,if hungry in afternoon,i'll eat biscut. And eat dinner at 18:00.
