用焗爐烤燒肉

早個星期在英文台見有個西人教人煮中國菜, 用焗爐烤燒肉, 一塊約兩斤重的豬腩肉, 烤出來,個樣好似好好味, 的皮又脆, 但一時失覺唔知用乜火,烤幾耐, 請問有無人知?

Sorry I don't know to type the chinese character for your name.

I make some hole over the belly.
I just put some salt cover the belly and pre-heat the oven to 180 degree bake. Put the belly inside almost 1 hr and let the salt turn hard.

Hope can help!!

Put the belly out and take off all the salt. Turn the over to 200 fan grill. The skin will expose.
