You should check the price of One-way Air Ticket back to Indonesia in difference travel agencies and give a reasonable amount to her. Of course, you will not pay the more expensive one, right. And remember ask her to sign on a receipt that it can prove you pay the money in lieu of one-way airticket.

因佢本答應extend contract一個月, 但佢話個agent(唔係我地o個個agent)話唔得, 什麼當part time(我係唔明佢講乜的), 所以我唔想就晒佢, 等佢鍾意幾時返印尼就幾時, 我係咪可以俾一千幾百當係俾o左機票佢呢? (當然雙方簽紙同意)

According to the contract, the employment period only for 2 years. If you do not renew her second contract, you hire her as a domestic helper only for one month that's mean she is a part-time worker in your family. At that time, both of you are break the HK Labour Law. [You can check it out with Labour Department]

2. If you want to buy a fixed-date air ticket, you should buy a open-end not less than 14 days. You know, the domestic helper can stay in HongKong not less than 14 days after she has finished the contract even she was fired by her employer. [check it with the VISA in her passport]
3. I wonder why do not you give a certain [reasonable] amount of money in lieu of One-way Air Ticket to your domestic helper if her performance not so worst. {{only my personal comment}}
