It depands on your car new or used within how many year, as i know let say if car total lost or got stolen, nrma will give you same model of car if your car is still in current shape of model on the market.
Nrma also give you flexibility to choose your own car panel beater, if you are driving Mercedes, this is no way to choose 3rd party panel beater like ammi did.
if you driving used car which model not in current shape then you can choose cheaper insurance.
