It is in the outer east of Melbourne. Properties are still relatively affordable. Do you mean 好小人住呢區 or 好小香港人住呢區?

I live in the western suburb. I think Western suburb is not that bad. Sunshine / St Alban could be a bit chaos but you can consider Keilor Downs, Melton, Taylors Hills. Doncaster / Eastern Suburb is much more popular as up to 90% are Asian. On the other hand it also tells the reason why there's such a huge increase in the estate price.

I think every suburbs has its own problem.

By the way, it's not about the difference between 何文田同深水埗.

Don't get me wrong. I am just telling the fact. My parents in law and other friends have been living in Western Suburbs for more than 20 years. I have been living here since 2012 and so far I do believe it's a nice area.
