Wow.. That early?
I already made the online appt for this Sat( I know it's only open half day and more difficult to get the walk in number)2 weeks ago
Too bad her current employer don't let her switch holiday on weekdays after she picked up her contract last Sunday , if not she may have her visa granted earlier
To be honest, I once had a very bad experience on hiring a terminated maid ( the maid is turned out to be a good one) because the employer terminated her by giving her financial problem ( even it's written on her release letter but I never call the employer to confirm) when she submitted the visa extension form, she got rejected to stay in hk because her employer didn't put this reason on the official termination form to the immigration office and we have to wait for 2.5 months instead of starting her service right away.
I was So mad and wanted to hire another one but my husband said better wait for her to come since we like her and I hate that employer so much ( I know once he put in that reason , he can't hire any maid for the coming 6 months although I don't know the real reason why he terminated her)
Therefore, from,now on, I only hired finished contract hellper to save the trouble . Sigh!
