我既情況同你差不多...份工做咗四年都係每天重覆又重覆,唔做的話,家庭收入又少咗,要慳住洗.....又要供樓...遲D個女再大D,又要學其他課外活動....所以都幾頭痛,唔想因為自己唔想做..就唔做..當然,你有理想提升吓自己更系好啦..不過好多野都無十全十美..所以要細心D考慮.....知得..
我有時返工時間unstable,因為on shift,想教 b b唔能夠穩定,好似旨意工人教有時一係屋企就唔停口教個女講嘢、玩(My BB 20months)、 my Hd is on shift duty too。有時諗第日返學 BB需要跟功課,煩D,如果唔做份工,生活's quality 降低,為兒為女有份工就為佢哋末來好一D。 :-(
I have that problem too...it comes to me that our company is likely to fry the"old staff"which would be replaced by some high quali.guys via new recruitment. i strongly feel that i will be the one..my contract will be finished by next June..i do believe they won't renew my contract..now my baby is 17 months old.. i do make up my mind to be a full time mom next year...if you were me..will you plan for next BB and "gain" 10 weeks maternity holidays before leaving such cold-blooded company..

Thanks for your advice. My husband and I do want to have a 2nd BB within these two years because i am almost 35 years old..but it's unexpected that i will have my retirement few years earlier than my previously planned. Financial consideration is not my main concern ..My main concern is whether it's unfair to my 1st bb as she's still very small and needs my love..will it be possible to share the love to both bbs and make them happily too..
