I'd contacted with Cebu that no open ticket can be bought. You must buy the ticket with the exactly date for departure, that means you needs to make sure what date for bun bun leave. If you needs to revise the date, HKD300 handling fee must be paid & not valuable to do that coz airline will suggest to buy another ticket rather to change the date. By the way, you can buy the ticket in website & get the e-ticket when you check in the counter will be OK, hope all these can be helped.
