I will terminate my maid (philippine) on 01 Nov 08. She cannot finish my contract because 99 cannot communicate with her.
She has been working for me since Feb 08, her main duty is taking care of my new born, cooking, general cleanings and etc. She is a good cook, 所有嘢都自動自覺做,唔駛點教, but sometimes she has her own way.
Please be reminded as she will not finish my contract, she needs to return back to Philippine first, so if you need her, you need to submit all necessary document to the immigration department before she leave on 14 Nov 08.
In addition, she cannot work immediately for you; it takes time for the Immigration Department to process.
As many of you asking the same question, I would like to details her information here
Age: 37 years old
background: she has a daughter, as far as I remember is almost 14 years old
Speak english, does not know cantonese
Work experience
6 years with 1st employer taking care of kids. as far as I remember, when she first arrival, the kids were around 6 yrs old
For me, she told care my new born for almost 7months, she stayed with me for almost 9 months. She know all the skills and technique of taking care of new born. As I don't know how to cook, she cooks much much better than I.
She needs to have holiday on Sunday, as she will go to church.
Quite often she likes to use SMS. she never talk on the phone during her duties, she only make phone calls when she is off duty.
Why I terminate her?
My 99 cannot communicate with her. My husband does not like to speak in English.
