dear all - the agent we got was really bad as well. we founded the philipine's nanny is not familar to any cleaning and cooking once she arrives. (the agent did not provide basic training to them in philipine!)
in addition, the education background was false data, as i am doubt with her english speaking and understanding, so i asked my maid if she was graduated in university as stated on the c.v., she told me that she was in U only the 1st year then she withdraw the study. but it was on her c.v.!? she told us that it was filled up by the agency. again the housework experience was being told by lie, the agency fill for her.
so, we went straight to the agent at the 1st place to hire another philipino in the 1st month. we paid an extra 'so called' $2000 to hire that another maid and got contract signed by both parties, we were waiting for 2.5months which the new maid should be arriving sooner or later this coming days.....we had planned to terminate our exisiting maid at the time the new maid arrives with 1month salary compensation. what a shock, the agent told us that the new maid had turn down to come now (after 2.5 months). wee! what an agent!!!
i want to disclose their name here too, it's a bad agent as when we went up to their branch yesterday, there's another user up there who told us that she's there to get back money return.......
this agent is helpless, and the worst thing which is their maids are not being trained. C.V. was filled up with false data by the agent but not the maid!
