Upon checking, we can confirm that we still have free shipping for orders over HK$315.79($40) using SF Express. However, exceptions apply. Please note that this is a shipping surcharge. The charge should not be on most orders but will hit a subset of orders that are for heavier products and do not include products that are shipping saver. There is no specific weight associated with the free shipping however due to surcharge on heavy items that is why you are charging a shipping cost. We would suggest you to add few items with the shipping saver tag to lower or eliminate the shipping cost.
