Before we plan to fire a maid, usually we might have done the followings:
1) Ask her to improve her performance for many times
2) Bring her to the agent and let the agent to talk with her
Then, it might be no improvment or her performance is even worsen than before (because she is not happy).
If we tell the agent that we want to fire her, the followings might be happened:
1) The agent will stand on the maid' side and inform her directly because she still owes them money
2) The agent will stand on the maid's side even though the maid has paid off the debts because they want to sell the maid to a new potential employer
If the maid knows that the employer wants to fire her. Some maids might do the following:
1) take revenge e.g hurt the children, stealing, put dirty things into the food
2) hurt herself and call the police claiming that the employer hurt her.
Based on the above factors, how should the employers do if we want to fire a maid?
