Thanks for your response! What's the difference between completing two- or four-year contract. The main drawback of my maid is that she is not so poor and therefore is not very eager to please us by fulfilling my instruction positively. She will argue with us whenever we found that she has made certain mistake.
dont know your actual situation. if your maid's performance is not satisfactory to you and cannot meet all your requirements, I would say not to renew the contract and find another one. At least you may have a chance to get someone better. If you renew the contract of this maid, I would bet that her performance will not improve but worse, this is their norm.
If my maid argues with me, i shall not renew her contract further. If you continue employ you maid 5 years and above, you must pay the long service payment. If I were you, I shall not renew her contract any more because she is not obey to you.
I agree with candy_kent. If the maid is not good fit, no renew contract. May be you can find a better. Or the maid thought you cannot loose her. A new one can train from start, and you have experience before.
Thanks for your response. I very much agree with you. However, I afraid that I have to take a risk of employing a maid who is worser than the present one. After hearing so many terrible experience of many other employers, I think majority of the maid is dishonest, lazy and cunning. I don't think that I will be so lucky in getting a perfect maid. Will I introduce problem to myself if I change another. Are there any tip for guaranteeing a well fit maid?
