如題..
我屋企有碎肉機...
試過煲熟d西蘭花再用碎肉機攪碎
但係都唔係好蓉...
若果我唔想再買blender..
可以點做??
同埋有d乜野蔬菜係比較方便整菜蓉??

in fact, you don't need to make it as puree as bb has the ability to eat those veggies in tiny pieces, I used to use blender but now only use the knife to chop it

potatoes, pumpkin, tomatoes, 翠玉瓜, etc..... are all easy to handle
