Merely antivirus ain't enough as malware, spyware, ransomeware protection ... r not included.
If u still insist antivirus is OK, McAfee, AVG, Norton, Avast, Bitdefender, Trend Micro ... r more or less the same. Won't recommend Kaspersky as it's from Russia. Put it this way, would u pick Baidu or Tencent as ur antivirus?
What u need these days is Internet Security Suite, which include above protections n some others features. Cost around $350 per year. N no, there is no free Internet Security Suite. Some offer discount for multiple devices where others prolong protection duration. Again, McAfee, AVG, Norton, Avast, Bitdefender, Trend Micro (in no particular order) r all good. Most of them offere 30 days free trail n u could download it from their website.
