it's a very good chance to sell now, not buy. my bro just sold his flat, he's v happy although lose a bit more than 10%. he can wait for a better moment to buy a bigger flat. he has another flat which he leased out, when lease expires, he will sell out too.
US just announced 10% unemployment rate, Michigan has 12% u/e rate. HK u/e rate will rise to 8% within this year. I can't see the econ is good. maybe because most people around me are working in the finance industry (i-bankers, fund houses), I can feel how they have been impacted (at least no bonus or just small bonus).
I also don't understand why 股市樓市照升, really strange (but I don't believe bull mkt is coming).
anyway, we won't know who is right or wrong until the drop/bigger rise really comes. if my view is wrong, the worst scenario is to pay 20% more to buy a flat, which is not the end of the world.
congrats!! my brother 收左一層收租樓 1 mth ago, then immediately renovated it for 1 mth. after renovation, he sold out the 1st day with 3 buyers 'chase price'! also thanks to 對樓市有信心既準買家支持, hehe

學前面位網位話齋, 期一如樓主所言, 真係只升不跌, 咪貴番少少再買囉..this is not the end of the world.....
