I wait for 27mths for get approved by uscis and should wait for more 6mths for the visa processing. I think it may speed up for the future apply eb5, as the number of applicants is decreasing now.

I think not complicated, just asked you some questions about you. How to support your living expenses? They asked us to provide some documents for evidence. How much did you invest? Anyone told you to gurantee and get it back? Sure, I replied nobody guranteed.
