My maid run away after she gave me a resignation letter. The letter mentioned that she will give me one month notice in lieu of money. But she run away on the day she gave me the letter. She even did not lock the door and cause big trouble to me that day. I have reported the case to the police and immigration dept. Anyone can tell me what follows ? Why maids like to run away so easily? What happened to maids nowadays ?
